Biosystems Educational Department (BioED) is in charge of providing know-how and ongoing support to laboratory professionals.

The department’s services are targeted toward meeting clinical laboratories’ needs for documentary and application tools to optimize performance and interpret the results of the diagnostics tests.

Numerous training and informational activities are routinely carried out through BioED cooperative efforts with the laboratory in its daily routine so as to benefit from better information and achieve greater operational performance, thus meeting their expectations for human diagnostics and health care.
